What a first proof could show
Choose a focused question set and source collection. Test retrieval, cited answers, access boundaries and the system’s behavior when the sources do not contain an answer.
Boundaries to agree
Search and generation do not establish that a document is correct. Source ownership, freshness and permission maintenance remain part of operating the system.
