What we collect
The inquiry form collects the name, email, problem description, confirmed workflow sketch and optional context you submit. The interactive sketch uses common workflow patterns in your browser; it does not call an AI provider. Do not send credentials, private customer records or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to review the request and reply. They are not automatically sent to an AI model or used to subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and delivery
Inquiry records and a delivery queue are stored server-side. Configured email infrastructure delivers an internal notification and a receipt. In a preview environment, delivery is simulated and test data stays in the preview store.
Cookies and browser storage
A necessary same-site security cookie helps protect the inquiry form and expires after two hours. Browser session storage carries your initial problem description to the form, campaign tags and your optional analytics preference. Campaign tags are saved with the inquiry only with your separate permission.
Usage measurement
Optional usage counts are off until you opt in for the browser session. Counts include allowlisted page and event names, not inquiry text or contact details. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional measurement.
Campaign attribution
Source, medium and campaign tags may accompany an inquiry only if you select the optional attribution checkbox. They are not required to submit.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days in the intake service unless a separate client relationship requires an agreed record. Email copies are handled separately. Contact hello@mikisi.co to request access, correction or deletion. Active client work has separate agreed terms.
Service providers and security
Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site. We limit collection and access and do not sell inquiry data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
